Amber Rasinski Joins Lakewood Health System Medical Staff

Staples, MN – November 4, 2022 — Amber Rasinski, family nurse practitioner, joins Lakewood Health System’s medical staff.

Originally from Staples, MN, Rasinski earned her master’s degree from Concordia University of Wisconsin. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association and the Minnesota Rural Health Association.

Rasinski began working at Lakewood in 2008, most recently as a registered nurse within the home care and hospice department. As a family nurse practitioner, Rasinski is focused on health promotion, promoting independence in the home, and overall disease prevention for patients of all ages. She will provide care for residents and tenants at Lakewood Care Center and Lakewood Pines and Manor, respectively.

“I look forward to continuing to work for an excellent and supportive organization as I begin my new professional role as a nurse practitioner,” said Rasinski. 

Rasinski and her husband, Travis, have two children. Together, they own and operate R&R Ranch where they raise registered balancer beef cattle. In her spare time, Rasinski enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, gardening and volunteering with Special Olympics of Minnesota.
