Arbitration panel rules in favor of Essentia Health in dispute with City of Fosston 

After 52 days of waiting an arbitration panel has ruled in favor of Essentia Health in its ongoing dispute with the City of Fosston over the operation of the Fosston Hospital. This ruling means that Essentia will continue their management of the Fosston hospital and clinics. Fosston Mayor Jim Offerdahl gives a statement on the ruling, and tells us what the city will do moving forward.
