Area 4-H’ers Promote Organization to Younger Students
Ada, MN — National 4-H Week continues this week and area 4-H’ers have been spending time this week promoting the Head, Hands, Heart, and Health of the youth organization. Madelynn Crompton, Woodland 4-H member and Ada-Borup-West freshman, joined other 4-H ambassadors in spending some time in the Ada-Borup-West elementary on Tuesday sharing more information about the organization. Crompton is a life-long member of the 4-H who enjoys participating in the local fairs and attending various 4-H camps.
As for what she’s looking forward to this week with it being National 4-H week, Crompton says she excited for the different events and dress up days, but also teaching kids about the great things 4-H has to offer.
With over 27,000 youth enrolled in Minnesota, 4-H is the state’s largest youth development organization.
