North Dakota Special Session Starts Wednesday

BISMARCK, ND—North Dakota lawmakers will be in Bismarck Wednesday for a special session.  State Representative Mike Beltz of Hillsboro tells us what will be covered at the special session. Beltz talked more about the school meals proposal. Beltz says the special session should be over by Friday.

Fertile City Council Talks Fire

FERTILE, MN—Fire alerts were a part of last week’s Fertile City Council meeting.  Fertile Mayor Brian Nephew says one part of the discussion was a fire siren at the Polk County Fairgrounds. Nephew says another part of the discussion concerned the Fertile Community Center. This discussion took place at last Monday’s Fertile City Council meeting.
