MnDOT Report shows that 2022-23 winter was the most severe winter in over a decade

The Minnesota Department of Transportation released their MnDOT Winter Report that highlighted statistics about last winter’s maintenance. According to the report this past winter was the most severe winter in over a decade. The report also showed that the state snowfall average was 90.2 inches.
