Be safe on the farm 

Things are about to start ramping up for area farmers, and when things get busier people tend to be a little more careless. Minnesota Extension Youth Tractor Safety representative Emily Krekelberg reminds farmers to take precaution when using farm equipment.

Krekelberg also spoke on the importance of knowing your surroundings at all times. 

Krekelberg also reminds area farmers and workers that youth workers must have a tractor safety certificate before they can work on a farm as an employee.
