Benedictine Foundation Hosting 3rd Annual ATV Fun Run on August 7th
Ada, MN — The Benedictine Foundation in Ada will be hosting their 3rd annual ATV Fun Run on Sunday, August 7th, but those looking to participate only have about a week left to register. The deadline for registration is Thursday, July 28th. The ATV Fun Run started as an alternative fundraiser to their usual golf tournament during the pandemic, but Cassie Visser of the Benedictine Foundation says it quickly become a favorite, so they had to keep the new tradition going.
There will be a few small changes to this year’s Benedictine Fun Run, according to Visser, with the biggest one being a much longer route.
And Visser notes that because this event is held on a Sunday, it still allows people to spend plenty of time at the lakes before returning back to the run.
The cost for adults is $35 and youth are $30, which includes a chance to win a cash prize, lunch, t-shirt, and beverages. Sponsorship opportunities are still available as well. The Benedictine Foundation is also selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a 2022 Polaris Sportsman 110 ATV, as well as gift cards to local businesses. Tickets are $20.
