Bertsch Farms Hosting Movie on the Farm East of Hillsboro
Hillsboro, ND — Bertsch Farms east of Hillsboro are inviting everyone to a Movie on the Farm this Wednesday, August 10th, but its more than just an evening of family entertainment, it’s also aimed at being an educational experience. Jon Bertsch of Bertsch Farms says what started as a simple idea to get people onto the farm, quickly expanded into something much bigger.
On the big screen will be “Dear Rodeo: The Cody Johnson Story.” The movie is a documentary about how the country music star went from the dusty rodeo arenas of Texas to singing on the biggest musical stages in America. But prior to the feature film, everyone is welcome to come early for combine and tractor rides, check out the farm animals, and see what life is like on the farm.
Admission to the Movie on the Farm is free, but they will be taking a free will donation to support their farm friends in Ukraine through their partners with “World to Rebuild Rural Ukraine.”
The farm, which is located two miles east of Interstate 29 on Highway 200, will open at 5pm and the movie will begin playing at 7:30pm.
