In welcomed news for residents in the Knollwood Drive area, Baxter city officials announced that the Knollwood Dr/Highland Scenic Road intersection is now open. Although the sub grade and gutter work is complete, the intersection is open to local traffic only. Work continues on Knollwood Drive and is closed to through traffic. The intersection was opened yesterday.
