Borup Smelt Fry
A decades-long tradition held on Mother’s Day weekend is the Borup Community Club’s annual Smelt Fry. That tradition continues this Sunday at the Borup Community Hall. Club president Jen Myers gives the details.
The event is a fundraiser for the Borup Community Club, as they continue their effort to help people in the Borup Community.
Again, the Borup Community Club’s annual Smelt Fry is this Sunday, May 14th from 11am to 1pm at the Borup Community Hall. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy smelt, Alaskan pollock, hot dogs, baked beans, coleslaw, French bread, potato salad, beverage and dessert. A free will donation will be accepted.
