Business Blossoming at Blyss Flower Farms

Ada, MN — Business is blossoming at the new Blyss Flower Farm near Ada. Blyss Flower Farm is a small cut-flower farm that is spreading joy through their homegrown flowers, custom bouquets, and bouquet subscriptions. Owner Alyssa Johnson says the idea to start a cut-flower farm came from searching for something that would provide flexibility and an opportunity to be creative.

Growing cut-flowers is a little different compared to your traditional flower garden, according to Johnson. She notes that these are grown to be picked versus being grown to be enjoyed all summer long.

Johnson sells her flowers to various flower shops throughout the area as well at farmers markets and at Build-Your-Own-Bouquet events in the community. She also offers a bouquet subscription service where you can have fresh bouquets delivered to your home or business or picked up on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

Johnson encourages folks to stop by at upcoming You-Pick event or at one of their Build-Your-Own-Bouquet events in the next few weeks.
