A driver who stopped to go after a stray cat on I-29 ended up as part of a two car accident Monday afternoon in Fargo.  According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, it happened shortly before 3pm on the south side of the tri-level.  25-year-old Hailey Kindem was southbound on I-29 when she saw a cat jump out of a pickup in front of her and run into the west ditch.  Kindem stopped her car and ran after the cat.  Shortly after Kindem left her car, it was rear-ended by a car driven by 21-year-old Keely Olson of Enderlin.  Olson was taken to Sanford Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  Kindem was cited for misdemeanor aggravated reckless driving and driving without a license.  The cat wasn’t found and the pickup the cat jumped out of didn’t stop.
