Drink Water Over The Holidays

Here’s a suggestion to avoid overeating this holiday season: drink water.  Dr. Michelle Thieman of Essentia Health says it’s important to stay hydrated. Dr. Thieman also suggests planning ahead.  She says eating a healthy meal or snack before a holiday gathering can help you avoid overeating.
