Halstad City Council Meets

HALSTAD, MN—The Halstad City Council held its regular monthly meeting on Monday.  Halstad Mayor Darin Johnson has a summary of what happened. The Halstad City Council usually meets the second Monday of every month, but because some council members were out of town last Monday, the meeting was rescheduled to July 17.
