Fairbanks State Of The Band Address

Earlier this week, White Earth Tribal Chairman Michael Fairbanks gave his annual State of the Band address.  He says things are going well for the White Earth Band. Fairbanks also said he is proud of the White Earth. Fairbanks was speaking to R&J Broadcasting’s Sean Bjerk at the State of the White Earth Band address.
