Halstad City Council Talks Water Project & Landmark Center

HALSTAD, MN—The Halstad City Council actually had two meetings Monday night.  Halstad Mayor Darin Johnson says at their regular meeting the Council discussed financing a water project. The second meeting concerned the Landmark Center. Johnson says there will be a future meeting about the Landmark Center.
