Last Friday, Feb. 16 Gracie Swenson of the International Falls Softball Team had signed her letter of intent to attend Southwest Minnesota State to continue her softball career. In an interview, her and her coach had the following to say.
On Wednesday morning, February 14th two ambulance crews were released to Polk County Jail in Crookston. At 9am a male inmate was found unresponsive and later was pronounced deceased. No names are being released at this time.
The Spring Drivers Ed class sign-up is now available. Classes will begin April 2nd and will be held at the Fosston High School. This course consists of the State required 30 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of Behind-the-Wheel. The classroom prepares the student for the written permit test.
