City of Ada Public Works Department praised for Flood preparations

Ada, MN – The city of Ada’s flood protection worked about as well as it could during the first wave of the spring melt, and that is in large part because of the work of the Public Works Department staff, according to City of Ada Administrator Ashley Larson.

The city will remain alert as the threat for flood waters remains, but the citizens should feel well protected as the forecasts do not call for additional major water raises to threaten the city.
