Clay County Fair Opens Thursday

This is opening day for the Clay County Fair in Barnesville.  James Kruize with the Clay County Fair Board tells us what’s on today’s schedule.

Kruize says there will also be a jigsaw puzzle contest at 5:30 at the 4-H Annex and bingo at the Lions Shelter from 6 to 11pm.  Remember, with the road construction on Highway 9, it’s recommended that you take the Highway 34 exit to get into Barnesville and approach the fairgrounds from that direction.  The Clay County Fair runs through Sunday.
