Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office reminding you to beware of lighting when taking to Minnesota’s lakes 

Severe Weather Awareness Week may be passed, but the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office is sharing some reminders for those looking to take to Minnesota’s lakes this year. Clearwater County Sheriff Darin Halverson says one thing that boaters should always be aware of is the danger of lightning. 

Halverson also encourages area residents to get signed up for their weather alert system.
