CRMC Bladder Control Seminar on November 3rd
As part of Bladder Health Awareness Month, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is offering “Regain Bladder & Bowel Control,” a free, virtual health education seminar about the ways to treat overactive bladder and fecal incontinence, on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 5:30 p.m.
“Regain Bladder & Bowel Control” is for anyone who has symptoms causing them to say no activities they love such as uncontrollable urges to go to the bathroom, frequent accidents resulting in wearing pads, and getting up multiple times at night.
CRMC Urologists Dr. Brandon Reynolds and Dr. Matthew Watson will discuss the causes of bladder leakage and ways to manage symptoms. They will present information about care pathways, the many ways to treat bladder control issues, and the latest technology available for treatment options. The specialists will also share what lifestyle and dietary changes can help, available medications, conservative treatment, advanced therapies, and answer questions.
“Regain Bladder & Bowel Control” is co-sponsored by CRMC and Medtronic. Register at: tinyurl.com/UrologyCRMC. Those unable to attend, may call 218-545-1024 for an appointment with a specialist.
