(Crosby, MN) — Ahead of Advanced Care Planning Month in April, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is taking forward steps for the community to make the decision of who represents you when you can’t make a medical decision for yourself.

We spoke to CRMC Director of Care Management KariLee Pietz first highlighted what a Advanced Care Plan is

CRMC or any medical facility will be able to help through your plan and there are online resources.

If you already have a plan, keeping it updated is another parameter to keep on top of.
