CRMC Nurse promoted to Acute Care Nurse Manager

Certified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Jackie Holmes of Deerwood was recently promoted at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center to Acute Care Nurse Manager of its Medical/Surgical Unit.

A member of CRMC’s staff since 2002, Holmes previously served as Medical Surgical Unit Coordinator. She takes care of patients admitted to the hospital with nonsurgical (medical) and surgical conditions. Her focus includes illness management, disease prevention, and health promotion; but most importantly, advocating for and educating her patients.

Holmes earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at Minnesota State University-Moorhead. She has also worked at CRMC as a Hospital Charge Nurse, Medical/Surgical Nurse, and postpartum Registered Nurse.
