CRMC Nursing Director Honored

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Director of Nursing Gordon McArthur of Breezy Point today was presented the organization’s Trophy Fish Award for going above and beyond in his job duties by delivering a holiday meal to the hospital staff on Christmas Day for the last seven years.

“Thank you for taking time from your family to take care of the staff. A wonderful display of the Four Commitments and his commitment to staff,” his nominator wrote.

McArthur joined CRMC as Medical/Surgical Nurse Manager in 2015 and was promoted to Nursing Director in 2017. He oversees the Medical/Surgical, Oncology, and Obstetrics departments. The director holds Master’s and Bachelor degrees in Nursing and has a graduate certificate in Organization Leadership.
