Crow Wing County Veterans Services talks Post 9/11 Veterans Bonus money

(Brainerd, MN) — Crow Wing County Veterans Service Officer Erik Flowers reiterated the importance of getting Post 9/11 veterans to check to see if they are eligible for bonus dollars in our most recent conversation.

Flowers said eligibility is as simple as checking your discharge paperwork under certain criteria.

The second tier of bonus money requires proof of deployment to the Middle East.

The more rare payment of the Post 9/11 payments will benefit veterans families.

Flowers did mention that being timely with filling out the paperwork is crucial.
