District residents to vote on Hillsboro referendum tomorrow 

Tomorrow, residents in the Hillsboro School District will vote on whether they think the Hillsboro School District should get a Mill Levy increase, that would help the district deal with some budgeting shortfalls. To give you a better idea on what you are voting on, Hillsboro Superintendent Jon Dryburgh tells us what they are asking voters for. 

The question voters almost always have is “how much will this cost me?” Dryburgh gives us a rough estimate of what this will cost the average voter.
