Don’t overdo it this Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is here, and millions of people across the United States will be celebrating, by having a large fest with family and friends. Kim Myers of Norman Mahnomen Public Health encourages people to enjoy their holiday fest, but to not overdo it.
