Essentia Health St. Joseph’s-Brainerd Clinic welcomes family medicine specialist Dr. Trenton Harder 

The Essentia Health St. Joseph’s-Brainerd Clinic is proud to welcome Dr. Trenton Harder, a doctor of osteopathic medicine specializing in family medicine.  

“I chose Essentia because I had a colleague join the practice a few years prior and had nothing but good things to say about the organization,” said Dr. Harder. “I look forward to practicing in an area I love and carrying on this positive legacy.” 

Dr. Harder earned his medical degree from the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa and completed his residency at the University of Minnesota Mankato Family Medicine Residency Program.  

“I chose family medicine because it didn’t limit me in any way in terms of the patients I see and the procedures I can do,” said Dr. Harder. “I love establishing a relationship with my patients and getting to know them because I think that makes for better patient care.”
