“Essentia has taken an active role in helping lift up our community – with community-engagement initiatives, sponsorship of youth athletics and fulfilling its charitable mission to help improve the quality of life in our community,” said Dr. Fenstad. “I look forward to being a part of the organization and providing care to the patients in the Brainerd Lakes area.”

Dr. Fenstad earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Grand Forks. He completed his residency and fellowship at the Mayo School of Health Sciences in Rochester.

I take a whole body, mind and spirit approach as we walk together on the path to an improved quality of life.”
