Find Your Place In Fosston Photo Contest

The City of Fosston is working on a new campaign to market the community as a whole. The campaign is titled “Find Your Place In Fosston” and to kick things off, the City is sponsoring a photo contest for photos and videos that tell the story of our community. Evan Fonder, member of the Fosston Marketing Committee speaks about marketing Fosston as a community.

Cassie Heide is also on the Fosston Marketing Committee. She shares the various categories for the photo contest.

Photos and videos submitted through the contest will be used to promote the community through the “Find Your Place In Fosston” marketing campaign. Evan Fonder talks about the prizes that will be awarded as an incentive for entering the contest.

Finalists for each category will be chosen by the Fosston marketing committee. Members include Evan Fonder, Heidi Danos, Cassie Heide, Chet Bodin, and Michelle Landsverk.

Finalists will be selected by August 10 and public voting for the winners of each category will be open August 11-31. Fifty dollars in Fosston Bucks will be awarded to each category winner. For more information go to the city of Fosston’s website: fosston.com and click on the move here tab.
