Fire Prevention Week – Fosston

Fire Prevention Week is October 8th through the 14th. Captain Shane Linehan of the Fosston Fire Department reminds listeners about the importance of fire safety right at home:

The Fosston Fire Department is made up of local volunteers who meet Wednesday evenings.

The department provides fire protection services for Cities of Fosston and Lengby, and the townships of Beaulieu, Brandsvold, Columbia, Heier, Island Lake, Rosebud, Queen and portions of Gregory, Sletten, Hill River and Eden.

The Fire Department is currently looking for more volunteers to add to the department. Captain Linehan gives more details:
