First care task force members weigh in on Fosston Hospital arbitration ruling 

On Wednesday it was announced that an arbitration panel had ruled in favor of Essentia Health in its ongoing dispute with the City of Fosston over the operation of the Fosston Hospital. Fosston City Administrator Cassie Heide and First Care Taskforce member Evan Fonder walk us through the arbitration process leading up to this decision, and explain what it means for the hospital moving forward. 

Fonder, and Heide also explain what the City’s next step will be, as they say this ruling does not end the dispute.
