Fosston City Council Meeting

FOSSTON, MN—The City of Fosston has a new Police Chief.  Phil Juve was appointed Police Chief at Monday’s Fosston City Council meeting.  Seth Senn was also hired to the Fosston Police Department as a patrol officer.

Also at Monday’s meeting, changes were approved in the City’s administration.  Sarah Manecke stepped down from her position; Amelia Linehan will be moved to an accounting specialist position and Dyana Dunnigan will be moved to a billing specialist position.  Raises were approved for both and City Administrator Cassie Heide also received a raise.  With the shifting of jobs and responsibilities, the City of Fosston says it will save approximately $50,000.
