Heide gave the Fosston City Council some bad financial news in that State funding for local government aid will be reduced by $20,000.
There was no discussion of the City’s dispute with Essentia Health over services offered at Fosston Hospital at Monday’s Council meeting. Heide gives R&J News an update on talks with Essentia.
