Fosston Police Chief Discusses new ATV ordinance 

The Fosston City Council recently adopted new ordinances regarding ATV and side by side usage within the city, and the Fosston Police Department is reminding residents about the new set of rules that will be enforced. Fosston Police Chef Phil Juve tells us about some of the rules riders will need to follow. 

Juve says there are also new rules regarding rearview mirrors, lights, and operation times.
