Four Candidates Vying For White Earth Tribal Chairperson

Four candidates for White Earth Tribal Chairman will compete in the April 2 primary election. They are: incumbent Michael Fairbanks, Eugene Umsy Tibbetts, Donovan Burnette and Karen Marie Manypenny.  There will not be a primary election for District 3 committeeperson, as there are only two candidates running.
