Free Seed and Plant Giveaway Starts on the White Earth Reservation

On May 9th and 10th, the White Earth Tribal and Community College will begin its annual seed and plant giveaway. Available in the first round of distribution will be broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, onions and potatoes. On Tuesday, May 9th from 2 until 6 pm seeds and plants will be distributed at the Pine Point Community Center, Naytahwaush Sports Complex, Tribal College in Mahnomen and the Knutson Store in Zerkel. On Wednesday, May 10th the distribution will take place from 2 until 6 pm at the White Earth Community Center, the Rice Lake Community Center and the Tribal College in Mahnomen.
