Getting To The Clay County Fair

If you’re planning to go to the Clay County Fair this weekend, you may need to take a different route.  There’s been plenty of construction on Highway 9 through Barnesville and James Kruize with the Clay County Fair Board says you can get to the fairgrounds a different way.

The Clay County Fair begins Thursday, July 13 and runs through Sunday the 16th.  This year’s featured events include a truck and tractor pull, a demolition derby and rodeo.  We’ll have more on this year’s Clay County Fair events in future newscasts on R&J News.
