Grace and Grit – Healing through Horses

Grace and Grit is a non-profit organization established in 2022 in Northern Minnesota. This non-profit focuses on horse and human wellness and is based on an ever evolving horsemanship program. Executive Director Cheryl Byrne shares a little about the vision and hopes for the organization based out of Erskine, Mn.

With a lack of mental and emotional support for people during the pandemic, Cheryl found that the connection between horse and rider was a powerful tool in helping people cope. She shares what she found to be a powerful connection between riders emotions and the horses response during these one on one training sessions:
