Hawley extracurriculars bring home lots of hardware
It’s been a successful couple weeks for extracurriculars at the Hawley Schools, as multiple schools clubs have brought home hardware from state competitions. Hawley High School Principal Kelly Anderson says one group that recently returned from state was the school’s robotics team.
Anderson said the Hawley Science Olympiad Team also had a really successful time at their State Competition as well.
The Hawley School also had representation at the Minnesota State E-Sports competition, and they welcomed back a state champion. R&J News’s Kevin Kochmann had the opportunity to talk with Hawley E-Sports State Champion Grant Anderson about the competition.
The full conversation with Grant Anderson can be heard online at rjbroadcasting.com as a prt of the Hawley School News program.
