Nicole Kiesow of Headwaters Health recently spoke with R&J News about the various viruses and flu that is going around with Fall now in full go, and spoke a little about the importance of October in cancer awareness for the country. Kiesow says getting screened is always the best way to make sure you stay ahead of the game and get yourself the preventative care needed in the case of something being discovered.
