Healthy Habits important for Holiday Season
The Holidays are here, and for many the holidays can often lead to a person abandoning their healthy habits due to things like stress, lack of time, and even holiday goodies. Kim Myers of Norman Mahnomen Public Health encourages you to keep up with your healthy habits this holiday season, or to adopt a new habit like a daily mile if you want to get healthy.
The World Health Organization recommends that the average adult get 150 to 300 minutes of exercise per week, which averages to about 21 to 43 minutes per day.
