Heart of the Valley Golf Course Club House Going Through Remodel
Ada, MN — Golf may not be on the “fore” front of people’s minds this time of year, but there’s been a lot happening in the off season at the Heart of the Valley Golf Course in Ada. Perhaps the biggest change is a major remodel project happening inside the clubhouse. New HOV Manager Mike Burke, who took over for Darin Ramey this past fall, says the clubhouse is getting an overhaul to offer a year-round space for golfers and non-golfers to gather.
Burke adds that with the remodel they can continue to expand on promoting the use of their facility for non-golf events, including business socials, family get-togethers, and more.
The hope is to have remodel complete and the new golf simulator up and running long before the first tee-off in 2023, according to Burke.
No major changes to the course itself are planned for 2023, but they did rebuild all the bridges in the fall in preparation for this season.
The Heart of the Valley Recreational Foundation is also hosting their 25th Annual Winter Social next Saturday, January 28th at the Ada Events Center. Tickets are $50 and available through HOV board members.
