Hillsboro School Board Meets

HILLSBORO, ND—The Hillsboro School Board held its regular meeting on Tuesday.  Superintendent Jon Dryburgh goes over some of the items that were discussed.

Tuesday’s meeting was also an organizational meeting where a new Board president was elected.

The Hillsboro School Board was short one member after Dr. Carly Theis was hired as Hillsboro High School Principal.  Dryburgh says a familiar name will fill that opening.

You might remember Kozojed was the previous Hillsboro School Board President.  He did not run for re-election to the School Board in last month’s election.  

The Hillsboro School Board also made changes to its cell phone policy.  We’ll have more on that story in future newscasts.
