Holiday Stress Relief
The Holiday season might be one of the most cheerful times of the year but for many it can also be one of the most stressful. Kim Meyers of Mahnomen Public Health was in the studio to discuss some ways that you can reclaim your joy and stay happy and healthy this holiday and winter season. Meyers says that one of the things you can do as stress relief is to exercise and keep yourself healthy.
Meyers says that setting boundaries and reasonable expectations can also help combat stress.
