Infrastructure upgrades remain a focus for the City of Fosston  

2025 was a busy year for projects in the City of Fosston, but work is not done yet. Fosston City Administrator Cassie Heide says one project that made strides in 2025 was the city’s park trail project, which will pick up again later this year. 

Heide says the city also made a lot of progress in updating their water, and wastewater infrastructure. 

As for projects that have been completed, Heide says the city airport and industrial park expansions are mostly complete.
