Infrastructure was a big focus for the City of Ada in 2025 

2025 was a big year for the City of Ada, especially when it came to the city’s infrastructure investments. Ada City Administrator Ashley Larson says that one of the infrastructure projects the city was most excited to wrap up in 2025 was the Ada Event Center project. 

Larson says the city also made big investments into their road and sewer infrastructure in 2025. 

One of the most valuable resources for area residents is the Dekko Community Center, which also had a lot of work done in 2025. 

As for 2026, Larson says work is not done as the rebuilding of the Ada Public Works building will be a main priority for the Ada County Council, and city staff.
