International Overdose Awareness Day

Saturday is International Overdose Awareness Day.  It’s a day meant to show that overdose deaths can be prevented and to acknowledge those who have died without any stigma.  Kathy Nevins, a nurse practitioner with Essentia Health, says opioid overdoses are a problem…but so are overdoses of synthetic opioids.
