Investments into Public Safety paying off for the City of Ada 

The City of Ada has made a lot of investments in 2025, whether it was to infrastructure, or programs, but one area that has seen some of the biggest return on investment is the city’s public safety departments. Ada City Administrator Ashley Larson talks about the ways they have invested into these departments, and why they have done so. 

Larson says another public safety investment that has been a huge success is the school resource officer program, which is wrapping up its first full year. 

While investment is important to the growth of the public safety department, Larson says the maintained partnerships with outside agencies and organizations have also led to growth, and a strong department.
