Lakes Area United Way will hold orientation for new Vision Council members tomorrow night at 5:30 at the LAUW office. They’ll go over the purpose of the Vision Council and discuss the tours, which are back after the CoVid era hiatus. LAUW Executive Director Jon Aga:
Each Vision Council group will have four-five applications to review, narrowing the focus to find the non-profit programs they want LAUW to fund this year. It’s a process of determining what each program hopes to achieve and how the program finances look, ensuring the Vision Council makes wise fiduciary decisions for the LAUW. Jon Aga, again:
